Need help, and need it fast? Our technicians can connect to your computer remotely and help you out with just about any computer problem you have. Here's how:

1.		Give us a call at (314)-481-3000 or (636)-207-9438, and let us know what your issue is.
2.	Download Support Tool	When instructed by one of our technicians, click the button to the left to download our remote assistance program.
3.		When you are asked whether you would like to run or save the file, choose "Run".
4.		If you are given a security warning, click "Run" to run the program.
5.		Let the technician know once Teamviewer has started. Provide them with the ID number and password shown on your screen when they request them.
